This is a utility which provide convenient way to convert International Signalling Point Code (ISPC) used in telecommunication industry to different formats according to international standards of ITUT (14-bit) and ANSI (24-bit). ISPC is also commonly known as SPC (Signalling Point Code), OPC (Originating Point Code) and DPC (Destination Point Code) in telecommunication industry.
Use:
First select your input format, i.e the the format of your current ISPC. Then type the value in the given area and press convert. Application will automatically detect the range for each format type and alert you incase of wrong input and restrict out of range values.
